Business contact details such as your name, company, phone number and email, plus notes about your space needs (size, location, timing and lease dates) that you share with us by phone, text or email.

How we use it

• To contact you about warehouse and flex space and your lease.
• To follow up at the times you ask us to.
• To send you property options that fit what you told us.

Text messaging

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Phone numbers and text opt-in information are used only to communicate with you. We use service providers (such as our phone and texting provider) only to deliver our messages, and they may not use your information for anything else. See our text message terms.

Sharing

We share your requirements with landlords or their brokers only as needed to arrange tours or negotiate a lease for you. We do not sell personal information.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. Tell us "do not call" on any call, or email jlouk@cc-reg.com, and we will stop contacting you and remove your details on request.

Security

We keep records in password-protected systems and limit access to the people who need it.
